Hello, I’m Debbie O’Reilly.

You might recognise me from the hit TV documentary Special Forces Ultimate Hell Week which aired on RTE2 in April 2019, I was recruit Number 22.

I set up New3Fit for athletes and exercisers to access tailored advanced sports performance nutritional programming along with other up and coming projects under the new3fit brand banner.

As an aspiring gym goer for 14 years & a competitive athlete for the past 10 years, I like many, initially began exercising for fat loss soon finding love for competitive sports rising to the top in boxing in Ireland & competing at international level. Following my retirement from my amateur career, I have since been competing in various strength & conditioning events aiming to constantly evolve my athleticism through functional varied exercise regimes & through nutrition. I wish I had the knowledge I have now on sports nutrition when I first began my fitness journey, therefore I want to share both my experience & advance sports nutrition tailored programming with like-minded people to help them reach their maximum potential.

I also worked and continue to work as an Emergency Medical Advanced Paramedic in Ireland & so have expert experience in training for competitions whilst working in a demanding environment including shift work & night time shifts which upsets sleep pattern, hormones etc.

The reason I first became involved in health and nutrition was to improve my own athletic ability and peak performance in my sport. After dedicated research and science-based training, understanding how personalised nutritional advice works gave me the opportunity to safely help competitive athletes and regular exercisers with their health and fitness goals.
