Anyone looking to prepare for an upcoming event from your first 5k to an international boxing contest we can help you achieve this.

Our comp prep plan leads you into week 11 of your tailored plan (one week out from event). On the final week give you a 7 day carb loading and training taper plan based on your body composition to fuel your muscles for your event.

If you are an athlete that must weigh in for competitions we will have you under your weight by week 11 so you can properly carb load and be right on target weight the day of your weigh-in, primed and ready to take to your stage.
